Great Pond is located in
Central Maine and is the largest of the Belgrade Lakes chain. This cabin can
sleep up to 8, offers excellent swimming (it's not directly on the water but
has a private right of way with dock and sandy swimming area), and fishing for
northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, brown trout, perch and
pickerel. Boat rentals, canoes and kayaks are available on site. This is a
prime destination for ice fishermen too. There are 3 excellent golf courses
within a short drive, including the Belgrade Lakes Golf Club (public course).
LL Bean and some excellent shopping is less than an hour away! This cottage is
ideal for a family vacation or a fishing get-a-way.
Rates: $750 a week in May, June, September & October. $850 a week for July and August.
